Are Raine's stats wrong?
I noticed he has Weapon 3, but only Armor Piercing X 2. Shouldn't it be a X 3?

Technically you don't HAVE to use all the perk points you're allotted 
But to answer your question more directly, I believe it was a correction of some sort where I used a perk he wasn't supposed to have. Extra damage maybe? In any case, I dropped the offender but left the other stats unchanged. Feel free to give him more, if you like.

That's the only typo I've ever found, so...great job to your editor!

That would be me! *laughs* Admittedly, the PDF has gone through a few "printings" since its initial release where further mistakes were found by fans and myself. But still, don't think the book was too riddled!
