[OVA: Mecha] Vehicles or Just Mecha Suits?

I was wondering if your OVA: Mecha is going to have more rules and options to make regular earth vehicles such as tanks, APC, pickups, batmobile, bi-planes and such also? Or will it just concentrate on space craft and giant Mechs?

Besides Mecha and settings what else will the book offer?

Which will come out first: OVA: Mecha or OVA: Fantasy?

Although there's a heavy focus on giant-robots so famous in anime, the term mecha is being used in the more general Japanese sense. In other words, there will be rules for everything from tanks to space ships as well.

As it stands, OVA mecha will probably be released first.
