And no, the list is simplified and summarized. The in book descriptions are far more verbose. This is just a quick cheat sheet so you don't have to flip through scores of pages back and forth just to make a character if you don't know the rules well.

And the link to the Extras page in the news announcement is bad too. It points to "extras.html" when the Extras page is actually named "goodies.html"
