Howdies. Just wanted to stop in and say 'Hello.' I purchased OVA earlier this week and got to run a short game last night. I loved it.
I'm a bit of an anime fan. I love all things Macross/Robotech. But ironically I'll be running a fantasy OVA mini campaign in the near future. Clay, if you need *ANY* kind of testing help for material you have written up already, I am more than willing to do my bit.
And as you may tell, I'm eagerly awaiting the OVA: Mecha as well.
BTW, I posted last night after my game on rpg.net about how hard OVA rocks.
Brand New To OVA
Glad to see you are enjoying the game! If you ever have any questions, feel free to post here. We have a few folks who answer rules questions on their own before I get to them, but I'll be around, as well, to give official rulings on things.
Hopefully, OVA Mecha won't be too much longer in the works. Although we already had a playtest group sometime back, I'll probably start a second one once the first draft of the entire rules is complete. So keep an eye out!
Finally, thanks for posting on RPG.net. Most of OVA's sales have been through word of mouth. Any time OVA gets mentioned prominently anywhere, I'm very happy.
