Welcome to the wonderful world of Generia, a generic fantasy world for OVA RPG. This world has 67 races, 9 Class and 4 style of casting spells from two different kind of sources of magic; and yes there is equipment. Spells are a bit open ended so non are listed but if you know the system then you can create them yourself.

Yes I gave it a read and I find it very good for a grab bag of generic fantasy things. I personally find the lineage system genius. I could make a human character that has elven blood from ages ago and they still get something for it. I will know what I get from mom's side and dad's side. It's truly well thought out and just provides so much potential for telling the story of your character.
