Human Arsenal confusion

MIHO has Human Arsenal at +3 and one of her examples lists "Extra Damage". I was of the understanding that Weapon (the Ability that her HA is based upon) couldn't have the Extra Damage Perk. Does this not apply to HA and she only has her base damage? This wouldn't make sense as her missile launcher would be weaker than her Lockgun. I am confused! LOL

Yes, this was an error in earlier printings of the rules. The current PDF (and newly minted PoD copies) give that attack "Area Effect" instead of Extra Damage.
