Kickstarter!
Re: Kickstarter!
Any word?
Re: Kickstarter!
Why do I have the feeling this game's all but dead?
Re: Kickstarter!
I certainly hope not, this is the only game system that really fits the way I like to GM and play. Others in my group certainly like it. The only complaint I've had has been from one player not really understanding probability behind the dice rolls.
I'm working on a new fantasy campaign world and hopefully by the time I finish it I can run a campaign with the revised edition rules.
Keep at it Clay. I'll be more than happy to support the Kickstarter campaign or buy the pdf from an online retailer.

Re: Kickstarter!
So, it's November...

Re: Kickstarter!
Grrrrrrrrrrr! Snarl! Grrrrrr!

Re: Kickstarter!
Am I the only one who's getting a little annoyed? I understand that life happens, but it's November and...nothing. It seems this game's turned into a stillborn. Sad-face. Honey badger doesn't like.

You're not the only one worried, but you certainly seem to be the most vocal about it.Bubba333 wrote:Am I the only one who's getting a little annoyed? I understand that life happens, but it's November and...nothing. It seems this game's turned into a stillborn. Sad-face. Honey badger doesn't like.
If you ask me, I'd just like a pdf of the new edition right now. It's a system that fits my DMing way as well, and I'd surely like to see a much-needed update.
That said, it is also true that patience is a virtue and I would rather have a complete product. I'm only interested in the system, but that's just me. Other people might look forward to the extra stuff.
In the extreme case that the project dies, I guess I'll have to write up a new version by myself after all.

Re: Kickstarter!
I'm just concerned because of Clay's silence. He went through all of the trouble to fix the forums and rarely comes on. And the expected dates for anything keep changing and all we really know is that it's the art guy.
Re: Kickstarter!
Man, this sucks! lol

I hope Clay's OK...

Joe_Mello: Could you make a common sense roll, please, Ryu?
Ryushikaze: With Smart?
Joe_Mello: Sure
*Ryushikaze rolls*
Joe_Mello: SHE'S DEAD!

Re: Kickstarter!
Kinda' irks me that he's never on here and us few are die-hard supporters.
Re: Kickstarter!
I keep periodically checking by to see if anything is happening with the 2nd edition, but I'm sensing Clay has gone back into recluse mode.
I'll once again float the idea that selling a beta pdf so you can get a little upfront revenue and some feedback on the mechanics, and that is able to be upgraded to the final product when it is ready might not be such a bad idea.

We can't even get him to check in once a month! LOL Seriously, I'd be on-board for that. Great idea.
