Hello, Clay.
I understand the artist you chose has delayed the initial release of the new book, which I figure gave you a small break. You deserved it, especially after delousing this place. That couldn't have been easy. But I imagine you've gotten back to brainstorming, and I was wondering if that lead to some new projects for OVA? For instance, I recall a Mecha addition for the original OVA being in the works. Might we see that? Or maybe you are brainstorming an ultracool anime sandbox for us to play in? Hell, worse comes to worse the whole community of people waiting for OVA Could put our heads together and brainstorm something up while we wait.
Hope everything on your end marches along well.
So, what coolness are you preparing for us in the meantime?
Re: So, what coolness are you preparing for us in the meanti
Well, despite the lack of progress on OVA, I've been very busy with my "day jobs." Lots of graphic design for the folks behind DTRPG/RPGNow, and other such. I've also been the resident graphic designer for a board game company called Minion Games which has been terrifically time-consuming, but rewarding. Most of the games there have my touch somewhere or another.
I've also been working on my own board games, but I'm not sure if such things would interest, so I won't bore you unless requested.
As for OVA, I am modifying how supplements work. Instead of offering "genre-book" supplements, I'll instead be providing "series" books. Each book will have a made up anime series, stock full of characters and plot-lines, and a complete adventure ready to go. This actually is not a drastic change...Mecha was in fact two of these "series" as you may have seen from old descriptions. I just realized my supplements were not supplements in the traditional sense, only a few additional rules and mostly plot and characters, so I thought they should be marketed as such.
