OVA Spiritus

So i am a big fan of BESM and their third edition is on the way to stores right now, BUT i've never played a game of it before. Reason?, too many attributes. With Ova the game is ridiculously easy and mostly descriptiave instead of rules intensive.
That being said I am im the process of creating an OVA setting called Spiritus. For now im just going to say that it's something both done and not done before. The setting will revolve around a heavenly conflict but not as you would expect.
