Hi, I just got the pdf from rpgnow and noticed the following pages are blank:
2 8 16 22 44 76 80 91 104 116 128 130 131
I suspect that this intentional for the printed version layout, but I just want to make sure that I didn't somehow get a file which is missing a few pages?

You're correct. If you set your viewer to "Page Layout > Facing" it makes more sense. So Chapters can start on odd pages (as is traditional), blank pages were put before them. The rest are things like "inside covers" which are nothing but white space.
