Healing spells and support spells?

Hello I'm new to this and haven't really found a satisfactory way to handle healing and support spells.
One of my characters is like a bard and uses melodies and songs in combat, she can't do much harm but I try to make her a healing / supporting character

here are two examples of "attacks" I'm not sure how to realize

Soothing melody:
Heals x Health points how do you devise the cost and the healing done?
costs x mana points

area effect +10
can be canceled -5
(no knock back ?) this is a good thing in this case no? +5
Activation -10
strains voice +1

Heroic hymn (the sort of music you hear when a anime character goes all bad ass)

allies get + 1 willpower how can you do this correctly?
+ 1 passion (the abilities don't have to be the same)
+1 will power
for x round(s)

area effect +10
can be canceled -5
activation -10
no knock back +5

so any ideas of how to do this?

also just for you to check as this is my first time creating spells:

lullaby:
no damage: -10
no knock back: -5
can be canceled: -5
area effect: +10
Stun (make people sleep): +10

glass shattering scream:
Area effect:+10
Armor piercing:+5
Blinding (makes people deaf):+10
activation: -10
no knock back:-5
Friendly fire (hits friends as well if they don't shut their ears tightly):-10

thanks for your time and please consider that i am a newcomer :)

greeting Leon

First, don’t worry about making it an attack. Bend the rules a little…

Soothing Melody
Heal (page 46)
Add the Area perk for an extra 10 Endurance per 3 PCs.

Adjust it as you like from there.

Heroic Hymn
Passion
Willpower
Add the Area perk to both for an extra 10 Endurance per 3 PCs.
Add a Special Requirement flaw, to each, that singing and concentration must be maintained (-10 Endurance).

That’s just one way to do it.

You’re offensive spells will be whatever you want them to be. Play around with different combos of perks and flaws on Power Move.

Thats cool ^^

Bending rules is always a great thing to do ;)

This system is so easy that one has to realize how easy it exactly is ^^

Now i can do pretty much everything that i wanted :)

Thank you very much

Best regards Leon
