I just read that you're working on a reboot of OVA.

Is the current proposed sequence of release Rebooted OVA -> OVA Mecha -> Fantasy?

That's the plan. And I am sorry to everyone who has been waiting patiently for the mecha/fantasy books. I just felt that releasing a book now, shortly before a revision of the game, would be something I'd be kicking myself for later.

Is there an ETA on the reboot?

I know what it's like to work on a book. I've been doing it for over a year myself.
