This might sound stupid but if I place no points into a ability do I get 2 dice automaticlly if I'd need that ability? Say I don't got "hobby: cooking" but I'd need it. Do I get 2 dice? Also, what if I've got an ability that is't listed in the book, do I still get the same 2 dice default?

Yes, you always get the two dice default for any task.
Of course, a character without Teleport doesn't automatically get two Teleport dice, or two Flight dice, and so forth. Use common sense in any situation that arises.
As for Abilities not in the book, treat them as if they were. OVA encourages unique abilities through the Special Ability/Weakness attributes.
