Health Recovery

So, on page 86, it says that when resting, you recover(italics mine):

"For every hour of game time you will gain back health equivalent to two plus your Vitality bonus. Should you do nothing but rest during this hour, you can regain five plus two times your Vitality bonus."

Shouldn't this be Tough bonus??

Tough is more like "thick skin" while Vitality is more like "health and exuberance." In this way, just because you're a big burly man does not mean you necessarily "bounce back" quicker than a healthy young adult.

The Health healing stuff was put in because I felt like I had to. In my own games, the GM would simply have "magical healing rest stops" wherever he/she feels appropriate: rest for the night, camp in the woods, fire in the middle of the dungeon, week-long wait as space ship travels in hyperspace, etc.

But to clarify, Tough is your ability to take and withstand pain from a built up physique or training. Vitality is your general-wellbeing, how you cope with pain, disease, and healing.
