1. Is it still valid to buy OVA books from this site?
2. Is it safe? according to chrome this is not a secure site information can be seen and stolen?

Yes, it's still perfectly okay to order books from my site. (In fact, it is currently the only place to get a hard copy of OVA.)

I'm not sure why Chrome is giving this warning. Payment is handled through PayPal, so your credentials are definitely safe.
