Living/endless campaign?

Okay so I played a few other games here and there, getting good at what I do as a person wanting to GM. I have though seen on many occasions something that interests me: living campaigns on roll 20. Effectively the activity is constant and the missions get to piling on as soon as a gm has time. I am wanting to do this on Roll 20. How should I go about doing this with OVA? Also my campaign is like the justice league or the avengers. Cuz apparently Book no hero academia had an effect on me ^^;
