Good racial templates. Simple, but gets the point across.
Only recommendation I can suggest is giving Half-Elves Outcast 1 (since they're neither Human or Elf, it does put them at some crossroads). That keeps your numbers even.

While we're on the subject at hand, and apologies for pulling this out of the blue, but perhaps we can consider
Shad of Shadversity's thoughts on what these iconic races would wield as adventurers at the very least?
Dwarves
Elves
Orcs

You should when you get the chance. Especially the bits about how Elves, with their grace and coordination, would be excellent duel-wielding sword duelists and Orcish Warbows with freakishly high draw weight due to the Orc's natural strength that would allow them to either penetrate plate armor or fire at longer ranges.

Also, Would anyone care for me to convert a D&D adventure I wrote up a while back?

Yes please, that would actually be great.
Also, if you have any Class templates to go with those racial templates, that would be cool.

Well actually I do have one, and it's all thanks to my ignorance of Dungeons and Dragons.
Would a cleric really have the choice between magic and witchcraft? They don't seem like curse slingers to me.

Clerics can be good or evil in D&D. If they are Evil they can cast debuffs and cruses on people. But you are right the normal cleric does not have cruses.
