Potions, bombs and oils the witcher 3 .

I wrote up some of the Potions, bombs and oils from witcher 3 and I thought I would share them with you all here! I will post them in sets of 3 and you can all tell me how they look! P.S I got a lot of inspiration from this post here: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=12567

Also you will need these rules to use this stuff.

Limited Duration (-5)
This weakness to give a specific duration to ability that is associated with. This gives the ability the
ability a limited length of time; Level 1 is about 1 hour, Level 2 is roughly 30 minutes, and Level 3 is
close 10 minutes. See here for where I found this: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=12567

Potions DX= Alchemy Score
You have a Toxicity score equal to your total END score. If you go over this score you will take END Damage equal to the amount you went over each turn by until the potion ends.

Unique perk (Reflex attack) +10, Requirement -10 (Must take melee damage from Vampires and Necrophages)

4x Ghoul's Blood

+1 quick per level in Alchemy

+1 Iron-will per level in Alchemy

I added the mats just in case you want to have your players gather them up before making them :) So what do you all think?

Everyone seemed okay with the last set so we will move on to the next set.


Drowner Pheromones
Drowners will not attack the witcher.
+1 Art of invisibility per level in Alchemy for Drowners.
-3 Limited Duration
Toxicity: 15
Materials
1x Dwarven Spirit

1x Sewant Mushrooms
1x Puffball

Full Moon
Increases maximum Health.
+1 Tough per level in Alchemy
-3 Limited Duration
Toxicity: 25
Materials
1x Dwarven Spirit
2x Wolfsbane
1x Dark Essence

Golden Oriole
Grants immunity to poisons, neutralizes the effects of poisons already in bloodstream.
+1 Resistance (Poison) per level in Alchemy
-3 Limited Duration
Toxicity: 20

1x Dwarven Spirit
4x Blowball
1x Light Essence

Amount of breath time is increased underwater.
+2 Life support (Underwater only)

Accelerates END regeneration.

White Honey
Clears Toxicity and cancels all active potion effects.

White Raffard’s Decoction
Immediately restores a portion of Health.
+1 Healer per level in Alchemy for Ursines.
-3 Limited uses
Toxicity: 15

1x Dwarven spirit

Pretty cool stuff. I might want you to cover the Alchemy skill instead of referring it elsewhere, or even better make Alchemy a new Ability, something akin to Magic,

What I have been doing with the Alchemy skill so far is running it as a kind of knowledge skill. You can roll it to see what a potion or poison is and you add it to your DX for bombs,poisons and healing potions.

Dancing Star
Produces a fiery explosion that can cause nearby opponents to start burning. Destroys monster nests.
Fire, AoE+10, Continued Effect +10, Ammunition -15, Needs to be dry -5
Ingredients
1x Saltpeter
2x Sulfur

Devil’s Puffball
Releases a cloud of poison when detonated.
Poision, AoE+10, Continued Effect +10, Ammunition -15, Needs to be dry -5
Ingredients
1x Saltpeter
2x Sewant Mushrooms

DimeritiumDimeritium Bomb
Releases a cloud of dimeritium slivers that block magic and monsters’ magic abilities.
Ammunition -15,No damage -20 Requirement -5 (Must be dry), AoE +20, Anti-magic zone +20
Ingredients
5x Saltpeter
2x Optima Mater

Unique Perk Anti-magic zone +10
Prevent the use of magic in a a large area for a number of turns equal to your Alchemy skill.

Dragon’s Dream
Releases a cloud of gas that explodes when ignited.

No damage -20 Requirement -5 (Must be dry), AoE +10, Give weakness (Vulnerability fire) +15
Ingredients
1x Salt Peter
2x Phosphorus

Unique Perk Give weakness +5
For each rank you give an enemy 1 rank of a weakness up to a max of 3.

Grapeshot
Inflicts shrapnel damage to foes within its explosion radius. Deals a small amount of fire damage. Destroys monster nests.

Ingredients

2x Calcium Equum

Samum
Blinds opponents within its explosion radius. Destroys monster nests.

Moon Dust
Contains silver splinters that temporarily prevent monsters from transforming.
Ammunition -15, Needs to be dry -5, No Damage -20, Cancel skill (Transformation) +25, AoE+ 10, Accurate +5

2x Quicksilver Solution

Unique perk Cancel skill
Each rank in this lowers an enemy's skill rank by 1 and last for a number of turns equal to your alchemy score.

Northern Wind
Freezes foes.
Ammunition -15, Needs to be dry -5, No Damage -20, Paralyzing +10, AoE +10, Accurate +20
