Wise Turtle Publishing

I had only recently heard about OVA. I picked up the PDF and a copy of the current version off of Ebay. I've played lots of various games. From Shadowrun, to D&D, to Paranoia, to TOON.

I like BESM 2nd Revised, but was trying to find something that was also light but less easy to Exploit by Power Gamers.

Anyone have any advice for a newb to this game? Also, is there anyone here running any games online?
