Barrier is usually for force fields. Seeing it as a physical shield is a refreshing look. I'd drop the ammo flaw on the special uzi attacks and spend 5 endurance instead. You can recover Endurance between fights or once during a fight, but ammunition takes a full day to recharge in most settings.

Since you only used “Ammunition” for big burst attacks, you may also want to consider Activation or Unique Flaw: Reload. That is, you use up your clip in a burst of fire and have to spend a round swapping it out. It gets the flavor you were going for with Ammunition without actually making “running out” a possibility.

So, Reload would effectively be Activation, but with the advantage that it's assumed that you start off with an "activation" already banked. It changes the rhythm of use and "activation."
