Quick question: is it possible to add an image in the xharaxter portrait part? and if so, how?
i cant seem to do it.

Yes, you can add a picture to the portrait area but there is a catch.

If you have Acrobat (not just the reader): you simply click on the portrait field and it will allow you to import an image.

If you have Acrobat Reader you can still import an image but that image can only be a PDF file. So if you can create a PDF file with the image you want you can import it that way.

I do not know how, or if it is possible, to program the file in such a way as to get past the PDF only import when using Acrobat Reader. That trick is currently beyond my skill level. I will do some more research when I have the chance to see if I can make this more friendly.

By the way I just uploaded a new version of the sheet that fixed a scaling issue with imported images. But that still doesn't solve the problem of needing full blown Acrobat to import non-PDF files into the portrait field.

Use an image editor like GIMP to open your picture, crop it as necessary and then export as PDF. Then you can put that PDF image into the slot in the character sheet.
