Problem downloading my book! Clay, help me!

So, when I pressed to download, the link said that it 'failed'. Then, I was not able to download it anymore and the link was useable only once!
Is there anything that can be done?

My account at drive thru uses
gaigaia2@hotmail.com
But I created a new one yesterday,
victor.mamede@hotmail.com, in order to try downloading it. I have been having problems with many downloads at Drive Thru lately - normally, I buy the book and the link fails.
Please, try sending the link to
victor.mamede@hotmail.com again and I will try to download it using the new account for victor.mamede
