Razornetwork server troubles?

Approximately one out of every five times I try to access the Wise Turtle Publishing Forum, or post a message to it, it gives me a 'server cannot be found' or 'web page is not accessible' error. I was just wondering, is this a problem others have encountered, or just a conflict with my computer/ISP?

If you've experienced this error as well then it seems less likely that it results from some incompatibility between my computer and the server. Not that knowing that solves the problem, but if it isn't a problem with my computer at least it's more likely that the difficulty will be resolved at some point (though it’s a bit of a nuisance for the time being
).
