Next up, from the Cabal of the Destiny Franchise, we have the Psions.
Cabal Psion
Image
Hailing from a distant interstellar empire, the Cabal are an industrious, militaristic society devoted to conquest and expansion to initially satiate the hedonistic lifestyle of their civilization as a whole whom themselves worship their emperor as a deity in the flesh. It is customary for the Cabal that any military force sent on expedition is, under their centuries-old laws, to be in effective exile and are unable to return to their home borders until victory was assured. That gave the army in question extra incentive to complete their objectives and return to the empire with spoils of war and new territory. Much of their architecture and technology have a heavy industrial feel to them as the Cabal military as a whole prefer defense in depth and to bore their fortresses into the sides of mountains to not only allow easier access to mineral resources but for added protection within. However, there are some whom theorize that the Cabal are so desperate for territorial expansion initially not to support their lifestyle, but rather to have a fallback position from an enemy they now flee….

The Psion are a cyclopoid, client species to the Cabal whom are naturally gifted with clairvoyance and psionic abilities that proved their utility upon the battlefield. Though physically weak, they are never the less more maneuverable and agile compared to the patron species of the Cabal, yet they serve the Cabal as an auxiliary unit. Though the psionic abilities of any individual Psion varies depending upon the rank, power, and position, they are never the less a lethal adversary to the unweary and overconfident.

And to round out this installment, from the Shantae franchise, we have the Pincers.
Pincers
Image
A strange, Cyclopoid creature that resides mainly in pit falls and similar sink hole environments, the Pincers prefer to strike at potential threats by jumping out of their lairs and strike through unknown means. Abnormally resilient for creatures of their scale, they are none the less vulnerable to an Explosive Cloud. The Pincers also regularly miss due to their singular ocular organ.

Black Convoy (+20/-15)
Image
Destronger Dark Commander
Transforms into a tanker truck. His amazing physical resemblance to Fire Convoy is the result of a simultaneous scanning of a tanker truck and Fire Convoy, but besides that, he seems to have a number of secrets yet hidden. His tanker portion can split apart, unfolding to become a battle base that boasts enough firepower to equal 12 Combatrons. Black Convoy specialises in swordsmanship, and is after not only Fire Convoy's head, but Gigatron's as well.

Looks like there are no other changes needed for the previous builds, time for some new ones.

First up, from the Jak and Daxter franchise, rounding out the Lurkers we have the Bunny.
Bunny Lurker
Image
A leproidae-like Lurker, it is thus named for its abnormally powerful jumping ability relative to its size. It is unknown if the Bunny was artificially created by Gol and Maia Acheron through their experiments with Dark Eco, a corruption of its snow variation, or both. What is known is that they are exceptionally powerful when deployed en mass for they naturally gravitate towards swarm attacks if they are unable to attack their foes through subterfuge and ambush through environmental adaptation due to their weak physical disposition.

Next up, from the Destiny franchise, we have a Cabal Legionary.
Cabal Legionary
Image
Hailing from a distant interstellar empire, the Cabal are an industrious, militaristic society devoted to conquest and expansion to initially satiate the hedonistic lifestyle of their civilization as a whole whom themselves worship their emperor as a deity in the flesh. The primary species of this extrasolar empire are massive, bipedal carnivores with wrinkled and leathery tan-grey skin, tall skulls, dark wide-set eyes with slit pupils and their upper lips are in the shape of an inverted V that exposes their gums and fangs. They also hail from a warm and humid environment and, while a resilient species, cannot survive within dry environments without climate-controlled gel suits. This may stem from the fact that there is little, if any, fatty tissue upon their bodies to which nearly all of their mass is musculature.

It is customary for the Cabal that any military force sent on expedition is, under their centuries-old laws, to be in effective exile and are unable to return to their home borders until victory was assured. That gave the army in question extra incentive to complete their objectives and return to the empire with spoils of war and new territory. However, there are some whom theorize that the Cabal are so desperate for territorial expansion initially not to support their lifestyle, but rather to have a fallback position from an enemy they now flee….

The Legionary forms the backbone of any Cabal Legion and are the basic frontline infantry force any legate is able to wield. Their heavy armor and internally integrated jump jets allow the Legionary to perform a bounding advance wereas one group provides covering fire while another closes the gap or locate new firing positions to support the former in their advance. In fact such equipment make the Legionary the most formidable baseline threat any Guardian can face, but due to their doctrine the Legionary tend to cluster close to their comrades which make them especially vulnerable to area effect weaponry.

*Looks at today's date, then date of last entry* Yyyyeah..... I think it's time for new entries.

And like I promised last time, from the Jak and Daxter franchise, we have the Standard Guard from the Krimzon Guard.

I know, redundant, but I don't name these guys.
Guard, Standard
Image
The military and police force of Haven City, the Krimzon Guard serve as the gendarmerie arm of Baron Praxis’ tyranny as well as one of the more public faces of the city’s war against creatures known only as Metal Heads. The enforcement of Baron Praxis’ cruel laws are executed with barely any concern for their fellow citizenry, for they are under the belief that their armor places them above such mundane concerns for the greater good of Haven City’s safety, prosperity, and order.

The Standard Guard are the most numerous and public face of the Krimzon Guard as they are donned in red armor that makes them stand out and feared. Armed with pacifying weapons during city patrols and assault weapons when deployed beyond the protective walls of the city to combat the Metal Heads, the Standard Guard are ready to leap into action against any threat, disturbance to the peace, or any form of sedition no matter how minor to enforce the rule of Baron Praxis, and by extension their own power and authority. Due to their greater numbers, it is not unusual to witness Standard Guards operate a variety of vehicles to perform their sworn duties.

Cabal Phalanx

Hailing from a distant interstellar empire, the Cabal are an industrious, militaristic society devoted to conquest and expansion to initially satiate the hedonistic lifestyle of their civilization as a whole whom themselves worship their emperor as a deity in the flesh. The Phalanx serves as the defensive front line of any Cabal Legion and are quite formidable in close quarters battle when the legate in question wisely deploys them. Though they lack the jump jets of their Legionary companions and thus keep up with them, they never the less allow their fellow infantry to advance towards their foes under excellent cover from their nigh-invulnerable shields. In fact, their shields are arguably their most powerful asset as they are able to shield bash threats so utterly that it would be rare for a victim to get a second wind. However, it is due to this doctrine of clustering with their fellow Cabal that make them especially vulnerable to area effect weapons.

Hailing from a distant interstellar empire, the Cabal are an industrious, militaristic society devoted to conquest and expansion to initially satiate the hedonistic lifestyle of their civilization as a whole whom themselves worship their emperor as a deity in the flesh. The Centurion serve as field commanders and thus coordinate the deployment and operations of Cabal assets upon the battlefield to maximize their full combat potential, however it would be folly for one to believe that the Centurion’s strengths are their tactical leadership alone. Their heavy weapons and armor, including their solar shields, make them formidable opponents and thus high value targets if one wishes to take out the head of the snake to make the rest more vulnerable to attacks. However, such goals are difficult as the Centurion utilize the same jump jets as their legionaries to alter and change their vantage point to properly asses and bombard the combat zone to better suppress their enemies and ultimately claim victory.

SHINOBI'S BACK

Image
Oboro Hotsuma (+15/-10)
The young leader of the Oboro clan of ninja. Wielding the cursed sword Akujiki, he works in secret under direct orders from the government.

Although once kind and gentle, he now rarely shows emotion, coming across as cold and distant.

In accordance with the laws of his clan, he became leader by battling and defeating his brother Moritsune, the other candidate. The laws of the clan also forced him to put Moritsune to death, leading Hotsuma to close himself off emotionally.

As one would expect from the leader of a clan of ninja, he possesses powerful ninja arts and unmatched skill with a sword. His Stealth Dash technique is so fast that it leaves afterimages behind, and even for other ninja, it is almost impossible to see.

Shuriken Burst (Area Effect, Ranged, Stunning, Ineffective, Weapon, Ammo 2) Roll: 6, DX: x3, EN: 0

*Yin Vampire absorbs Endurance instead of Health.

Shinobi for the PS2 is a cult classic, and probably My favorite ninja game. Time Freeze I think can replicate both the Stealth Dash ability (appearing to be in two or more places at once, giving Hotsuma a bonus to Attack and Defense) and the Tate ability (when Hotsuma kills an enemy, they freeze in place and if Hotsuma kills 4 or more of them, a cutscene occurs where all the enemies are sliced in half at the same time). The demonic sword Akujiki is a little more tricky, as it drains Hotsuma's Yin (endurance) until his kills an enemy, then the enemy's endurance is transferred to Hotsuma to fend off Akujiki's drain. I decided Akujiki's endurance drain can be replicated by the Endurance cost of Effective, which is mitigated by the variant Vampiric ability draining Endurance. Hotsuma has some additional attacks that I did not stat (three spells, a fireburst spell, an invincibility spell, and a wind slicer spell, a kick attack, and a whirling blade attack) but most of the time all you need in the game is Akujiki and the occasional shuriken.
