On the kickstarter page, go to the pledge tier you selected and there should be a line about the survey and next to that a link that says your response. I clicked on it earlier today and changed my own address.

According to the last Kickstarter update, the arts is down to the last 5 pieces, but they're big full-page ones.

~15 custom sheets, new art on the new book and Song of Sandsea illustrations. This is a big workout to any illustrator.

Indeed.

I like the idea of a book with consistent art... ... ... and I know when the book finally releases none of this will mater... but it feels like a huge price to pay at this juncture. @_@
