Are books strictly for kickstarter backers?

I would've backed this game if I knew about its existence, I just found out about it and I don't want a PDF version, I wanted a book..and I don't think I want to buy this game if it's PDF only for me.

I heard there is plans to make actual hard copy books for sale to everybody. But I haven't the foggiest idea when that would happen.

I got my hardback & softcover copies (from the Kickstarter) about a week ago. If hard copies are going to go on sale I imagine it ought to be pretty soon.
