Looking for OVA (original Ver) group

Hey guys I am looking for a group to play with over Skype or something. I use the rolld20 website so we have some visual element to the game.

I basically have 5 Perameters to the way I play, hopefully the person who will DM will like it

1. Maximum Positive Points - 35 (Ground Zero Rule 5 points difference)
2. Players are allowed 1 free weapon from start
3. Power Moves do not count in the point balance thing
4. Players are allowed transformations are free as well (+2 and under only)
5. Transformations +5 Require special events (I.E Ultimate battle)

I also play as a character from Kill la Kill so I hope you guys wont mind because I don't like making custom characters.

So, anyone wanna play?
