Kickstarter Stretch Goals?

Hello people. I just discovered OVA while looking for something to possibly run a Power Rangers game with, and it looks perfect. I fully intent to purchase the hardcover from the site ASAP, and maybe the character books as well, if only to support the game further.

I went to the Kickstarter and saw that a number of Stretch Goals had been reached that don’t appear to be available for sale. Have Plastic Hearts and/or Song of Sandsea been released? We’re they Kickstarter exclusives or is there some way I could acquire them?

Also, did the mobile app ever get released? I tried searching OVA on the iTunes Store and was just inundated with fertility apps.

As far as I know outside of the dice none of the stretch goals have been released ... however, I may have just missed the e-mails.
