Next up, wrapping up for the Destiny franchise, we have the Colossus-

Image
I don't know, after Dark Pheonix, the franchise is kinda on shaky- NO! Not you! This guy.
Cabal Colossus
Image
Hailing from a distant interstellar empire, the Cabal are an industrious, militaristic society devoted to conquest and expansion to initially satiate the hedonistic lifestyle of their civilization as a whole whom themselves worship their emperor as a deity in the flesh. The primary species of this extrasolar empire are massive, bipedal carnivores with wrinkled and leathery tan-grey skin, tall skulls, dark wide-set eyes with slit pupils and their upper lips are in the shape of an inverted V that exposes their gums and fangs. They also hail from a warm and humid environment and, while a resilient species, cannot survive within dry environments without climate-controlled gel suits. This may stem from the fact that there is little, if any, fatty tissue upon their bodies to which nearly all of their mass is musculature.

It is customary for the Cabal that any military force sent on expedition is, under their centuries-old laws, to be in effective exile and are unable to return to their home borders until victory was assured. That gave the army in question extra incentive to complete their objectives and return to the empire with spoils of war and new territory. Much of their architecture and technology have a heavy industrial feel to them as the Cabal military as a whole prefer defense in depth and to bore their fortresses into the sides of mountains to not only allow easier access to mineral resources but for added protection within. However, there are some whom theorize that the Cabal are so desperate for territorial expansion initially not to support their lifestyle, but rather to have a fallback position from an enemy they now flee….

The Colossus serves the Cabal as a heavy weapons support and assault unit and thus wield weapons and armory that are massive even by Cabal standards to fulfil this role. It’s weapons emphasize the doctrine of overwhelming firepower which ensures that the foe is eliminated from existence, thus the Colossus deploys many micro-rockets and mini-missile ordinances that emphasize greater area effect and high damage potential. In addition, the Colossus is able to generate a wave of destruction that is almost ensures that only the most sturdy of threats who are often too exhausted and weakened from the attack to defend against the counter fire of fellow Cabal units. However, such heavy weapon systems have forced the Cabal to omit the standard jump jets from the armor design of the Colossus and thus has limited mobility, thus necessitating the deployment of Cabal escort units to cover such a vulnerability.

And lastly, from the Shantae franchise, we have the Bonelegs.
Bonelegs
Image
Arachnid humanoids, the Bonelegs typically call decrepit ruins such as the Hypno Baron’s castle home. Noticably armored beings, the Bonelegs use their forelimbs as shields against any and all attacks as well as powerful melee weaponry in addition to a poisonous projectile of venom.

It's been long enough for review, time for some new submissions.

First off, from the Jak and Daxter franchise, we have the Blast Bot of the Krimzon Guard.
Blast Bot
Image
The military and police force of Haven City, the Krimzon Guard serve as the gendarmerie arm of Baron Praxis’ tyranny as well as one of the more public faces of the city’s war against creatures known only as Metal Heads. The enforcement of Baron Praxis’ cruel laws are executed with barely any concern for their fellow citizenry, for they are under the belief that their armor places them above such mundane concerns for the greater good of Haven City’s safety, prosperity, and order.

An automated, anti-emplacement autonomous drone, the Blast Bot is effectively a walking bunker buster with the ability to defend itself until it reaches its target destination. Originally designed to take out Metal Head hives without risk of loss of life against the inhuman invaders, they have now been repurposed as anti-insurgency weapons against those that would oppose the rule of Baron Praxis.

It's been way, way, WAY too long since the last entry. Time enough for new submissions and with these entries, we round out the Krimzon Guard with their more mechanical, autonomous entries.

First up in this Jak and Daxter franchise entry, we have the Robot Guard.

An autonomous perimeter defense sentry unit, the Robot Guard is typically employed defensively for strategic locations during the Metal Head Wars. Under Baron Praxis’ rule, however, the Robot Guard are also used as area denial systems to keep unwanted personnel away from valuable areas. It is not uncommon, however, for the Krimzon Guard to make novel use of the defense platform.

Next up, we have the Roboguard.

I didn't choose the confusing name. Blame Naughty Dog.

Designated UB86, the Roboguard were originally an experimental autonomous assault platform to be used to augment or even replace Krimzon Guard personnel from extremely dangerous combat assignments that would encounter high casualties. It was under their ownership of the KG Death Bots did the Roboguard see widespread use as frontline troops and greater firepower implemented.

And lastly, to round out the Krimzon Guard entries, we have the Security Tank

Also known as the Robo Tank or Riot Tank, the Security Tank serves as the Armored Combat Vehicle of the Krimzon Guard and originally used to support infantry against the Metal Heads, but has been repurposed as fortress defense autonomous platforms as well as infamously for anti-riot tactics. The Spike Roller, originally used against the armored exoskeletons of the Metal Heads, had been more often than not used against unarmored personnel whom have disagreements with the baron’s rule of Haven City.

And that'll be it, though the KG Death Bots'll have to wait a little while longer. Next time, we'll tackle the Metal Heads.

So until then, do these designs hold water in terms of gameplay and OVA2e compatibility?
