Hey, Cloud! Welcome aboard our (often quiet) forums!

It's difficult to answer your question because it differs for everyone who plays it. If you haven't already, download the demo by visiting OVA's product page over at RPGnow.com

http://www.rpgnow.com/product_info.php?products_id=4280

Within the Introduction is a small section called "Sample of Play" It's a hypothetical account of an actual OVA session.

If you just want to know more about the rules, you can read around the forums or visit http://www.wiseturtle.com/ricochet.html

Feel free to ask any questions that come to mind! Though you might want to visit the actual OVA forums.

just ordered mine from rpg now. I cant wait to play. I was reading the comments left on the rpg now site and I was wondering if you guys planned on creating a few sample monsters like imps, goblins, slimes (mostly fantasy monsters, since I plan on running that kind of setting first).

If you're looking for a bestiary of sorts, you'll have to wait for the OVA Fantasy genre book to be released sometime early next year.

However, it's very easy to make your own! Just tweak any of the various stock NPCs for your purposes. (Is there really much difference between a stock soldier and a stock goblin, for instance?)

I may also present some of the creatures from the upcoming book on this forum for "playtesting," so keep an eye out. :)
