I was captivated by this video game's basis in many cultures that don't usually see the light of day in fantasy video games, sort of like what Avatar: the Last Airbender did for English-language animated shows (plus, it has large animated sprites and gameplay a little like Valkyrie Profile and Chrono Trigger).

Anyway, there are probably many animé/manga fans here, and thus those who appreciate learning about new cultures through awesome storytelling, so I wanted to share this.

One of these days, I'd like to run OVA with an unexpected cultural setting, throw some penanggalan in there... for me, the trickiest issue is devising RP situations that speak to the unique qualities of the setting and rules I'm using.
