DnD had the Ghost Touch enhancement for weapons, which was a +1 enhancement, which allowed the attacks to affect incorpereal beings.
I could say a 5 en Perk to affect incorpereal stuff would be fine

You might want to look at the Scale bonuses. It provides +5 dice for when the character has a distinct advantage. Other than buffing up with Tough and Vigorous, I would say not. After all, Companions are Secondary characters, so it makes sense they'd have the base 20/20. However, with Tough +5, they'd have 80 Health, which is equal to a Player character who has Tough +4. I don't think that's a huge disparity.

I've been playing around with Magic, so I think I can answer some of them. 1) Magic is still basically using the Abilities to generate the effect. So for something like Scrying, that'd probably require a new Unique Ability to cast. Alternatively, I could see you just using your Magic Levels to roll....
